Carl Ramon McNeilly, 84, of McNeilly Road, Casar passed away on December 18, 2025 at Atrium Health - Cleveland in Shelby.

Carl was born on July 14, 1941 in Burke County, NC to the late Ramon V. McNeilly and Lunette Newton McNeilly. He was retired as owner and operator of McNeilly's Custom Cabinets. Carl served in the US Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Parker McNeilly; a brother, Patrick McNeilly and sister, Phyllis McNeilly.

Carl is survived by his children, Matthew McNeilly and wife, Donna of Casar and Carla Peavy and husband, Michael of Casar; three grandchildren, Kellianne Shuler (Billy), Robert Keeter III (Angel) and Amber Ollis (John); fourteen great-grandchildren, Kyle, Ameila, Mollie, Emmie, Mila, Liam, Damien, Brantlee, Ava, Layla, Waylon, Jordan, Colton and Paisley; brother, William McNeilly of Casar and a special caregiver, Cande Emory.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Corinth Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 3:00pm at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Lloyd Hunt officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
