Charles Jason "Chucky" Green, Jr. passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Born in Cleveland County he was the son of the late Charles Jason Green, Sr. And Ruth Mildred Hull. In addition to her parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Diane Green, Crystal Green, and Sheila Watkins.

Chucky loved the outdoors and found peace in fishing, hunting, and being in nature. He was a hardworking man, gifted with his hands, and always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Above all, Chucky cherished time with his family and was known by many for his kind heart and sweet nature.

Chucky is survived by his son, Joseph Green; his sisters, Florence Gail Cochran (Billy) and Cynthia Herschel Ellis (Michael); and his grandson, Gavin Green.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
