Christine Smith Luckadoo, age 49, of Forest City, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

Christine was born Sunday, April 16, 1972 in Rutherford County. She was a member of the Church of the Exceptional and loved music. When younger, she enjoyed playing softball and playing cards. Christine also enjoyed eating, "Swiss Rolls" and always had a one in the house.

She was preceded in death by her father, Butch Smith.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Lula Wilson (Scott) of Forest City; her children, Tabatha White (Nigel) of Ellenboro, Nina Vance (Jeremy) of Union Mills, Brittney Vance (Jeremy) of Green Hill, Eddie Vance of Rutherfordton and Donna Holley (Jimmie) of Spindale; her grandmother, Mattie Lackey of Caroleen; grandchildren, Shannon Murray, Autumn Murray, Kayden, Peyton, Jaxson, Adeline White, Roy Vance and Ezekiel.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Harrelson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Church of the Exceptional with Reverend Mattie Lackey officiating..
