What: Bostic Freedom Fest

More Info: Live music, food, K9 Demo, kids activities including a mega water balloon fight, historical artifacts and more. The evening will end with a fireworks show. Join us as we celebrate Faith, Family and Freedom!

More Info: Wake up those neurons, get those synapses flowing, and jump on the wavelength of God's love at #KidsConnect VBS! Kids will find a place of belonging, relate to trusted adults, make new friends, and follow Jesus' example of making room for all. Each night includes worship and drama, Bible study, art and science explorations, brain-building challenges, and active games. Nar-Anon Support Group: Meets 6:30 pm weekly on Tuesdays at the First Baptist Church, 120 N. Lafayette St., Shelby, NC. Nar-Anon is a support group for those affected by someone else's drug addiction. We meet in the classroom of Dale St., between Sumter and Campbell St. Park on the side of the church or in the alley. Al-Anon Family Groups Support: Al-Anon Family Support Groups support those who are affected by someone else's drinking and drug use.
