Coleman Fitch

Coleman Fitch, 58, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at home. He was the son of the late Boyce W. and Nida Hord Fitch. Also preceding him in death was an infant brother James Dale Fitch. He managed Fitch Incorporated for many years. Coleman was a fun loving and kind-hearted person who enjoyed being around his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Coleman is survived by his brothers, Joe Dennis Fitch and wife Joanne of Indian Trail NC, Kennon Fitch of Shelby, Thomas Fitch and wife Charlene of Shelby; his sister, Brenda Page and husband Morris of Shelby; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home in Shelby. The Rev. David L. Scruggs, Sr. will be officiating. The burial will immediately follow the service at Elizabeth Baptist Church Cemetery in Shelby.
