SHELBY- Cordie “Dot” Lee Jenkins Putnam, 93, of River Road, passed away Friday December 19, 2014 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Facility. A native of Cleveland County, she was born September 14, 1921 daughter of the late Mark and Hattie Hale Jenkins.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held Monday at 2:00 pm at Aldersgate United Methodist Church.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
