Gaffney, S.C. - Daimon Guy Scoggin, 49, of 711 Ballenger Road, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Cherokee Medical Center.

Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of Guy Echols Scoggin of Louisville, TN and Betty Jean Wincey Stacey of Gaffney. He was a graduate of Crest High School, attended Cleveland Technical College, and was formerly employed as a body shop estimator. Daimon was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church in Shelby.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a son, Guy Scoggin, Jr. of Shelby; a brother, Jason Scoggin of Shelby.
