David Milton Pruett, 56, of Casar Lawndale Road, passed away Monday,
December 26, 2016 at his home.

He was born in Cleveland County, on July 12, 1960, to Jo Ann Downs Pruett
and the late Donald Milton Pruett. He was a self employed chicken farmer and
a member of Casar Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Lee
Pruett and a son, Donald L.B. Pruett.

Survivors include two sons, Doug Pruett and wife, Tiffaney of Casar and
George Lee & fiancée Carmen of Gastonia; a daughter, Paige Pruett & fiancé
Dusty Barrett of Casar; a sister, Julia Cline and husband, Joe of Morganton
and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be Thursday 2PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Doug Pruett officiating.

Burial will follow in Casar Baptist Church Cemetery.
