 Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Hawkins Teseniar, 62, resident of 103 S. Goforth Street, Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010. Services were held at Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel. Burial followed in Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC. 

Mrs. Teseniar was preceded in death by her husband for 47 years, Samuel “Sam” Teseniar; her parents, Clarence Henry and Lillie Estelle Owens Hawkins; 1 son, Samuel Blair Tesenair, II; and a granddaughter.

She is survived by 1 son, Orlando Eugene “Pete” Teseniar of Kings Mountain, NC; 1 daughter, Wanda Sue Phillips and fiancé Johnny Eugene Williams of Shelby, NC; 1 brother, Ronald H. Hawkins and wife Wanda of Kings Mtn., NC; 1 sister, Inez Bowles of Grover, NC; and 2 grandchildren.
