Elizabeth "Anne" Frazier

Elizabeth "Anne" Frazier, age 77, of Mooresboro, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026 at her home. Anne was born Tuesday, April 12, 1949 in Cleveland County to the late Dewy Curtis and Donnis Davis Curtis. She worked for over twenty years in the lunchroom at Chase Middle School. Anne was a longtime member of Drury Dobbins Baptist Church and enjoyed playing on the church softball team. She loved reading, flower gardening and was an avid Elvis fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert "Bob" Curtis and sister, Claudia Newton. Those left to honor her legacy include her husband of forty-five years, Johnny Frazier; daughters, Angie Batchler (Douglas) of Blacksburg, SC, Dana Gettys (Steven) of Ellenboro, Melissa Brothers (Bryant) of Boiling Springs, NC, Jennifer Howell (Jimmy) of Woodruff, SC and Brandy McKinney (Gabe) of Mooresboro; sister, Sherry Goforth (Warren) of Shelby; grandchildren, Stephanie Haynes (Scott), Kristen Welchel (Brian), Katie Potter (Taylor), D.J. Batcheler, Bryson Howell (Hannah), Cody Lavender (Nicole), Shae Skipper, Shai McKinney, Nevy Brothers, Emma Howell and nineteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Melissa Curtis and a cherished friend, Rhonda Garrett. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July29th at Drury Dobbins Baptist Church with Reverend Ronald Roberts officiating.
