Born on November 25, 1950, to the late Minnie Logan Norris and Dennis Lee Norris, Ella was a lifelong resident of North Carolina and a woman of deep faith, compassion, and resilience. She dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center, where she was known for her gentle hands, patient spirit, and unwavering commitment to her residents. She is lovingly survived by her three children: Felinda Carson, Wanda Carson, and Derrick Carson, all of Shelby, NC. Ella was a proud and devoted grandmother to Waquall Carson of Shelby, NC; Fred Carson of Gastonia, NC; and Zack Carson of Shelby, NC. She is also survived by her beloved siblings: Susie Ross of Shelby, NC; Naomi Cantrell of Morganton, NC; Phyllis Robbs of Shelby, NC; Mary Norris of Philadelphia, PA; and her brother, Dennis Lee Norris. Ella's love extended beyond immediate family to a host of nieces, nephews, and cherished friends who will miss her deeply. Diana's love and admiration for her aunt brought Ella much comfort and joy. Ella Jean Norris's gentle spirit, laughter, and unconditional love will forever be treasured by those who were blessed to know her. Her legacy of grace, compassion, and devotion will continue to live on through her family and all who carry her memory in their hearts.
