She leaves behind to cherish fond memories, two sons, Phillip R. Williams (Doris) of Shelby and Jefferson L. Williams (Sheena) of Thomaston, GA; a granddaughter whom she reared in the home, Sherri Manning Grier of Kings Mountain, NC; two sisters, Mildred Hill Spann and Christine H. Haynes both of Shelby; two aunts, Idell Hill of Lawndale, NC and Lue Rainey McClain of Kings Mountain; two uncles, Porter Hill of Delaware and Tommie Hill of Kingstown, NC; nine additional grandchildren, Jermaine Jeter, Darrius Brower, Candace Williams, Brittany Byrd, Nate Davis, Nicole Brown, Paisley Williams, Tayler Williams and Madison Williams; nine great-grandchildren, Keonia Manning, Asia Jeter, Darius Harris, Jasmine Jeter, Shaun Grier, Jr., Jaden Grier, DJ Brower, Ayana Brower and Aniyah Byrd and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 1:30 PM at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Danté Murphy officiating. Burial will take place at Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:30 PM at the church on Monday and at other times at the home of her son, Phillip Williams, 115 Woodcove Lane Shelby.
