Faye Gertrude Self Pruitt, 92, of Casar-Belwood Road, Lawndale passed away on November 7, 2025 at White Oak Manor - Shelby.

Faye was born on April 14, 1933 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Joseph Lee Self and Effie Bivens Self. She was a homemaker and member of Norman's Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Pruitt.

She is survived by two sons, David Pruitt and Gary Pruitt and wife, Tina all of Lawndale; three grandchildren, Keisha Garcia, Erin Pruitt-Bangs and Thomas Pruitt; eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 11:00am on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Norman's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
