Gardner-Webb University Hosts Relay For Life
During the night there will be food, fun, and games for all. Jackson Martin will be the DJ and be providing some of the entertainment. There will be a luminary ceremony at 10 PM. All the lights in the stadium will be shut off and the luminaries around the track will be lit. Holly Sweat will be the speaker for this ceremony. Between these times there will be zumba, line dances, and a special performance from Gardner-Webb’s Hearts of Fire Dance Ministry team. Prior to the event there will be a benefit concert outside of Tucker Student Center, that begins at 6 p.m. Local artists Luke Combs and Jonathan Langston will perform.
