Helen Bowen Maloney
Helen Bowen Maloney, 79, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at White Oak Manor Kings Mountain. A native of Cleveland Co., she was born to the late Broadus and Annie McSwain Bowen. She loved dancing, fishing, camping, hiking or just anything outdoors. She was adventurous, a true warrior and fighter, and was always on the go. PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Blaine Bowen. SURVIVED: She is survived by her daughter, Robin Rittenhouse and husband Matt of Lake Wylie, SC; sons Boyd Maloney, Jr. and wife Charlotte of Kings Mountain, Greg Maloney and wife Katrina of Shelby, and Nathan Maloney of Baltimore, Md.; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and other extended family. VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 PM at Landmark Baptist Church, prior to the service. FUNERAL SERVICES: will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Landmark Baptist Church OFFICIATING: Rev.
