Holly Elizabeth Robbs of Shelby passed away July 3, at Wendover Hospice of Shelby.

Holly was the daughter of James D. Robbs and Jonanna Allen Robbs. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Buford Robbs, Eunice Robbs, and Sheriff and Mrs. Haywood Allen. Holly attended North School until she was 18. Holly was not only a special needs child, she was a kind and loving addition to her family.She enjoyed seasonal fun at holidays, collecting dolls and loved shopping. She is survived by many cousins, including Keely Edwards, Jennifer Goodman and Courtney Wilkins.

Her service will be Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 11:00 am at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home & Crematory. Family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will be at Cleveland Memorial Park following the Funeral Service.The family wishes to express heartfelt appreciation and thanks for the care Holly received while at Wendover Hospice of Cleveland County in Shelby.
