Tammy Postell from Lawndale feeds her friend's Holstein calf in the Livestock Barn at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds. She said the calf is about 4 weeks old. A healthy Holstein calf weighs 90 pounds or more at birth. Top producing Holsteins are milked three times a day have been known to produce 72,000 pounds of milk in one year.
