James Edward "Butch" Williams, 73 of Conners Drive, Kings Mountain, passed
away, Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Peak Resources in Shelby.

Born February 7, 1945 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Coleman
Williams and Essie Ola Davis Williams. He was retired from Doran Mills.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers,
Thurman, Curley, Jessie and C.J. Williams and sister, Sarah Williams.

Survivors include son, John Williams and wife, Renee of Kings Mountain and
two grandchildren, Jonathan Williams and Jody Williams and mother of his
son, Sarah C. Williams.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home.

A funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Sunday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Max Turner, Jr officiating.

Burial will follow in Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery.
