Gaffney - Janice Oneta Goforth, 78, passed away on March 28, 2026 at Peachtree Centre in Gaffney, SC. Born on March 25, 1948 to the late Robert and Myrtle Hopper White, she was the widow of John Goforth. Janice was a member of Little Memorial Baptist Church and retired from Timken.

Mrs. Goforth was survived by one daughter, Renee Atwood Henderson; three grandchildren, Jonathan Henderson (Erica), Landon Henderson (Lynn), Caymon Upchurch; and eight great-grandchildren, Kinsley Henderson, Kaylee Henderson, Jacob Henderson, Gabriel Henderson, Kadence Peeler, Nathaniel Lowe, Carter Bell, and Isabelle Wyatt.

The family will be accepting visitors at the home. Graveside services will be Friday, April 10, 2026, at Frederick Memorial Gardens, 986 Chesnee Highway, Gaffney, SC, with Rev. Damon Keels officiating.
