Jaxxon Thornburg in quarter finals of National Superkid Competition

Jaxxon Thornburg in quarter finals of National Superkid Competition

9 year old Jaxxon Thornburg, from Grover NC has fought hard to maintain the 1st place spot in his group in the Stan Lee Foundation's first ever National Super Kid Competition for the last several weeks! And now that he has made it all the way from thousands of kids to the quarter finals, and there is only a few short rounds left, he is hoping to share his story with the people of Kings Mountain, Grover, Cleveland County, and North Carolina as he represents us!
The winner of this competition will be flown to California to meet with the Stan Lee Foundation team where they will be made into the very first Stan Lee Superkid and be featured as the superhero in a limited special edition Stan Lee comic!
Jaxxon has made it this far in this competition because of all who know him and believe he is truly an every day hero with his character, personality, and huge heart. He is known for his honesty, eagerness to help others, gratefulness for the small things, and striving to make sure others feel cared about and seen. And we would love the opportunity to thank all those who have believed in him this far, while also sharing his story with the people of this community that he loves and is representing! The public has the opportunity to vote him on and cheer him on in these final rounds for FREE! Simply vote for him daily on the link provided.
Jaxxon truly represents all of the BEST things about our little city and county and he is a true every day superhero who strives to always do what is right in the every day moments of his life.
The Stan Lee Foundation created this competition as a fundraiser for the efforts that they continue in many communities nationwide.
