Jean Lee Goodman Street, 81, of Hywood Road, Casar passed away on July 13, 2026, at her residence.

Jean was born on January 3, 1945, in Cleveland County, to the late William Roy Goodman and Fannie Jane Swink Goodman. She was retired from Dover Mill and White's Supermarket. Jean was a member of Knob Creek Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Walter Street; son, Billy Beason; four brothers, Keith Goodman, Benny Goodman, Charlie Goodman and Larry Goodman and a sister, Helen Hoyle.

She is survived by her sons, Bobby Beason and wife, Ellie of Shelby and Nelson Parker of Casar; daughter, Annette Smith and husband, Steve of Shelby; sister Teresa Ruppe and husband Tony of Kings Mountain; special niece Brenda Vargas and husband Felix of Belwood, Six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM Noon to 1:00 PM on Wednesday from at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Sain officiating.

Burial will follow at Knob Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.
