Mr. Jeremy Wayne Mullinax, 29, of 765 Lavender Rd., died Thurs. Nov. 17, 2011 at home.  A native of Cherokee Co., SC, he was the son of Kevin Champion, of the home. 

PRECEDED:  He was preceded in death by his sister, Tonya Putnam.

SURVIVED: In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, Michael Mullinax and wife Jessica of Wilmington; and grandparents, Howard and Allie Champion of Oxford.

 MEMORIAL SERVICE: 3pm, Sunday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel
