Jimmy Keel Morgan, 77 of 129 New Bethel Church Road, Lawndale passed away,
Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at his residence.

Born November 28, 1939 in Gaston County, he was a son of the late Houston
Morgan and Mary Childers. He was retired from Landstar as a driver and
served in the US Army in the 101st Airborne Division.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his stepfather,
Ernest Childers and his wife of 21 years, Allene Griffin Morgan.

Survivors include seven sons, Ricky Morgan and wife, Kim of Gastonia; Eddie
Morgan of Belmont; Jimmy Morgan, Jr. and wife, Cindy of Kings Mountain;
Danny Ray Morgan of Kings Mountain; Joey Morgan and wife, Lisa of Gastonia;
Rusty Morgan and wife, Cindy of Fairfax, VA and John Morgan of Sanford,
Florida; a daughter, Jamie Morgan of Daytona, Florida; brother, Leon Webb of
Bessemer City; seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 12:30PM to 1:30PM, Saturday, March 11 at Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home, 129 New Bethel
Church Road, Lawndale.

A graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 11 at Redeemed
Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery with Rev. Coye Sanders officiating.
