John N Sheppard, of Toms River, passed away April 6, 2022 at home. He was 82 years old.

John was born in Grover, NC and raised in Casar, NC, before spending most of his life in Bradley Beach, NJ. He leaves behind his sister, Beth S. Lattimore of Polkville, NC; two nephews, Dobbin Lattimore of Polkville, NC, David Lattimore of Boulder, CO, and a niece, Rachel Lattimore of Washington, DC.

John was an Exempt Fireman from Bradley Beach Fire Company, and a Shriner life member.

A memorial visitation was held April 14,2022 from 5-7 at Francioni, Taylor & Lopez Funeral Home, 1200 10th Ave, Neptune. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Bradley Beach Fire Department, 815 Main Street Bradley Beach, NJ 07720.
