Jordy Dixon Cobb, 42, of Lawndale passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Jordy was born on November 1, 1983 in Cleveland County to Ricky Lee Cobb and Robin Hoyle Cobb. He served in the US Army and was a member of Drury Dobbins Baptist Church. Jordy loved his goats and going hunting.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Harvey Hoyle and Gilbert Cobb.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Mindy Martin and husband, Travis of Fallston; nephew, Gavin Martin; niece, Aubree Martin; grandmothers, Norma Hoyle and Marjorie Cobb and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private celebration of life service will be held at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronald Roberts and Rev. Trent Jones officiating.
