Joseph Michael Perotti, 79, of Boiling Springs, NC passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Atrium Health Hospital in Shelby, NC.

Joe was born on April 11,1946 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania and was a son of the late Louis Perotti and Josephine Concannon Perotti. He was a graduate of Bloomsburg High School and American University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Joseph served in the United States Air Force. He was a retired consultant in information technology. During Joseph's life he enjoyed playing golf, watching football, and traveling with his family on their many beach trips. He was a proud grandson of Tyrolean immigrants from Trento, Italy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Keith Shuford and his seven siblings, Betty Kaitz, Sylvia Perotti, Joanne Stout, Dick Perotti, Tony Perotti, Larry Perotti, and Gerry Perotti.

He is survived by his daughters, Julia Perotti of Shelby, NC and Jennifer Bramblett Shuford of Boiling Springs, NC; grandchildren, Reaghan Bramblett, Kaitlyn Bramblett; Weston Shuford and wife Allie. brother Len Perotti, sister-in-law Oleta Perotti, brother Frank Perotti and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at Palm Tree Church Cemetery, Pastor Drew Mangione of Shelby Presbyterian Church presiding.
