Kimberly Herndon Hawk, 64, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on May 26, 2025 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC. Born June 3, 1960 in Gaston County, NC, she was the daughter of Patsy Dover Herndon and the late Charles P. Herndon. Kimberly was a graduate of Kings Mountain High School and Gardner-Webb College. She retired after more than 30 years of public service as a social worker with Cleveland County Social Services.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Steve Taylor officiating.

VISITATION: Saturday, May 31, 2025 prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:50 A.M. in the sanctuary at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

INTERMENT: Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
