Lauren Nicole Ledford 18, of 1020 St. Paul Church Road, Casar passed away
Monday September 5, 2016.

Born February 28, 1998 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of Tammy
Renee Walker Ledford and Scott Edwin Ledford. Lauren was a graduate of
Burns High School and attended Cleveland Community College. She was also a
waitress at Pizza Inn in Shelby.

She is preceded in death by three grandparents Richard Ledford, Margie Black
and Donald Black.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her sister, Chastity Ledford;
two grandparents, Sharon Ledford and Joann Houser; honorary brother, Zachary
Houser; honorary sister, Cassie Murray; honorary grandparents, Jerry and
Donna Taylor; aunts and uncles, Teddy and Wendy Houser, Brian and Kari
Thomas, Mike and Carolyn Lewis, Sandy Murray, Amber Summit, Aaron Ledford
and Danny Lewis

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at
Stamey Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at New Home United
Methodist Church, 544 Moriah School Rd, Casar, NC 28020, with the Rev. Eddie
Padgett officiating. The body will be placed in the church thirty minutes
before the service.
