Linda Marie Morrison Gantt, age 73 died March 23, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare Cleveland. Born in Cleveland County on November 20, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Everett and Gladys Wellmon Morrison. She was of the Baptist Faith. Linda retired as a Clerk from Bellsouth after 37 years of service. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Morrison.

Linda is survived by her husband of 48 years, Randy Gantt; nieces and nephews, Rusty Morrison and wife Vickie of Shelby, Landon Morrison and wife Tosha, and Logan Morrison and Tucker Morrison.

Graveside service will be held at 11:30am on Friday March 25, 2016 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fallston. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Cecil M Burton Funeral Home and Crematory.
