The  Shelby  Lions  Club  has  received  a  plaque  from  the  Boys  and  Girls  Club  of  Cleveland  County  in  recognition  of  the  Lions  support of the  Boys  and  Girls  Club.     The   Shelby  Lions  had  earlier  made  a   gift of   $2,000.00  to  the   Boys  and  Girls  Club.   

The  Chief  Volunteer  Officer  of  the  Boys  and  Girls  Club,   Jack  Weller  (left)  presented  the  plaque  to  Lion  President  Jimmy  Tucker at  the  September  14th  meeting.
