Lois Rudisill Freeman


Crouse - Mrs. Lois Rudisill Freeman, 82, of St. Mark's Church Road passed
away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Peak Resources in Cherryville.

Mrs. Freeman was born in Gaston County, NC on December 21, 1932, a daughter
of the late Carl Rudisill and Annie Mae Beam Rudisill. She was a homemaker
and a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church where she played the organ for
sixty years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63
years, Bill Freeman; a daughter Linda Freeman Elmore; two sisters, Ruth R.
Brackett and Annie Ratchford.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Dan Freeman and Donna of
Collierville, TN; Gary Freeman and Karen of Cherryville and Brad Freeman and
Diana of Crouse; five grandchildren, Anna Greer and husband Tyler; Seth and
Camille Freeman and Kyle and Kevin Elmore; one brother, J.C. Rudisill of
Crouse.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at
Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home & Cremation Service.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at St.
Mark's Lutheran Church with Rev. Malcom Lerch officiating.

Burial will be at St. Mark's Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Road, Cherryville, NC 28021.
