Luther "L.B." Lee, 86 of 1141 Hendrick Lake Road, Shelby passed away on
November 4, 2015 at Peak Resources in Cherryville.

Born December 31, 1928 in Cherokee County, SC he was a son of the late
Bascomb Lee and Ola Lou Gibby Lee. He was retired from Ester Mill.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Mary Louise Turner
Lee; son, Roy Lee and daughter, Ellen Pruett; grandchild, Donald Pruett and
great grandchildren, Aderholdt Lee and Rebecca Hamrick.

Survivors include three sons, Bones Lee, Jack Lee and Timmy Lee and wife,
Sherry all of Shelby; two daughters, Sybil Crane and husband, Keith of
Asheville and Fay Bridges of Cherryville; thirteen grandchildren, twenty one
great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a special nephew, Ed
Lee.

Visitation will be Friday from 1:00PM until 1:30PM at Stamey Tysinger
Funeral Home & Cremation Center Chapel.

Graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00PM at Ledford Grove Baptist
Church Cemetery with Rev. Jackie Price officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &

expenses.
