SHELBY- Madge Hamrick Condrey, 88, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at White Oak Manor of Shelby. She was born October 16, 1929, in Rutherford county, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Holland and Epsie Tate. She was a member of Race Path Baptist Church and worked at Cone Mills for 44 years.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Sidney Hamrick of 58 years until his death, second husband Howard Condrey of two years until his death; one son, Robert Ned Hamrick

SURVIVORS: Left to cherish her memories are two daughters, Patti Hamrick Hurdt and husband Thomas of Kings Mountain, Robin Annette Hamrick of Mooresboro; four grandchildren, Rev. Chadwick Ivester and wife Tina, Bradley J. Ivester, Keith Owens and Adam, Matt Owens and wife Brooke; 10 great grandchildren, Zoe, Gracie, John Winston, Isaac, and Elisha Ivester, Mattee, Mason Owens, Saylor, Sage Johnson; two step sons, Jerry Condrey and wife Vicky, Keith Condrey and wife Brenda.

SERVICES: A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 19, 2018, 6pm at Race Path Baptist Church, with a visitation one-hour prior at the church.

CLERGY: Rev. Randall Cooper and Rev Chadwick Ivester will officiate

MEMORIALS: Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28150

INTERMENT: Burial will be private for the family
