Margaret "Ann" Helms Davis, 71 of Peeler Road, Vale passed away, Thursday,
October 18, 2018 at Carolinas Healthcare System-Lincoln.

Born November 2, 1946 in Lincoln County, to the late Cletus Helms and Mary
Bivens Helms. She had worked for Comfort Care and Donna Lee Sportswear and
was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Darrell Lee Davis; an infant daughter, Barbara Ann Davis and a brother,
Steve Helms.

Survivors include her son, Michael Davis and wife, Kristi of Vale; two
grandchildren, Brandie Davis and Kristen Davis; a brother, Bill Helms and
wife, Margie of Lincolnton and two sisters, Mildred Tallent and husband,
Rick of Vale and Carolyn Hedgpeth of Vale.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday, October 22, 2018 at Macedonia
United Methodist Church. At other times the family will be at the home of
Mildred Tallent, 750 Tallent Road, Vale, NC 28168.

A memorial service will be 6:00PM, Monday at Macedonia United Methodist
Church with Rev. Gary Faulkner officiating.

Burial will be private.
