Mrs. Marshall Ann Hendrick Williams, 77, of 140 Beam Street. Fallston, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Services were held at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel, Fallston, NC. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston. 

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Boyd Toney Williams; her parents, Conan Doyle Hendrick and Margaret Louella Wright Hendrick; 1 son, Randy Williams; and 2 brothers, C.D. Hendrick, Jr. and Billy Hendrick.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Toni Wallace and husband Richard of Raleigh; 1 daughter-in-law, Kathy Williams of Casar; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 3 sisters, Juanita Hoyle of Lawndale, Joyce Strickland of Shelby, and Mary Alice Laughlin of Shelby.
