Martha J. Hamrick, 88, died Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at White Oak Manor in Shelby.

A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Delphus Hamrick and Dora Allen Hamrick and her husband Hershel.

Martha was a member of Davidson Memorial Baptist Church, and a faithful caregiver to many. She is survived by her sister, Hazel Stafford of Shelby; her aide, Bonnie Little; and her K-9, Midge.

Funeral services will be held 2pm, Friday, April 2, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dr. J. Barry Goodman and Rev. Johnny Owens officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church Senior Saints, 2728 S.
