Mary Alice Dauphin Cook, 83, passed away on October 12, 2024 at her home.

Mary was born on May 12, 1941 in Geneva County, AL to the late Ruth Pearl Simmons Dauphin. She was a homemaker and military wife.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Edwin Cook; two sons, Dwight and Kenny Cook.

She is survived a son Micheal Cook and wife, Lynda of Shelby; daughter, Anita Cook Weaver and husband Jimmy of Shelby; daughter-in-law Judy Cook of Oak Island; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Park on Tuesday at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Darrin Brower officiating.
