Mary Ann Head, beloved wife, mother, and Mawmaw, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on May 13, 2026, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
She was born July 27, 1969, in Rutherford County to Mary Ruth Bradley and Johnny Harrison Bradley. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael and John Boy Bradley, and her sister, Tracy Carkees.
Mary Ann was a faithful member of Harmon Street Baptist Church and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. While our hearts will miss her deeply, we find peace in knowing she is healed and joyfully home with her Savior.
She fiercely loved her husband of 31 years, Raymond Head, and her children: Michael "Mikey" Baker (Miranda), John Baker, Andrea Greer (Michael), Emily Schoenberger (Bryan) and Casey Sallmen (Jeremy). She was a proud and devoted Mawmaw to 15 grandchildren whom she adored beyond measure.
Mary Ann loved singing, fishing, traveling and spending time with her church family. More than anything, she cherished time with her children, grandchildren, her lifelong friend Holly Arrington, and her very best friend and husband, Raymond.
