Melvin Ray Dickerson, Jr., 47, of Fallston Road, Shelby, passed away Sunday
March 10, 2019 at home.

Born December 30, 1971 in Gaston County, he was a son of Ella Pruitt Bridges
and the late Melvin Ray Dickerson, Sr. He worked for the Cleveland County
Fair.

Survivors include his wife of twenty four years, Ruby Rose Anderson
Dickerson; four sons, Cody Dickerson of the home, Daniel Dickerson of
Cherryville, Allen Dickerson and Mark Dickerson both of Bessemer City; two
daughters, Bobbie Jo Dickerson and Savannah Dickerson both of the home; nine
grandchildren; two brothers, William Dickerson of Dallas and Mike Bingham of
Kings Mountain and three sisters, Ella Clark of Robbinsville, NC, Melaine
Brown of Dallas and Crystal Griffith of Monroe.

The visitation will be 12:00Noon until 2:00PM Thursday at Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be 2:00PM Thursday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Clayton Hudson officiating.

Burial will follow in the House of Prayer Cemetery.
