Mrs. Nancy Hall Wallace Marsh, 76, of Goode's Groove Church Road Mooresboro, NC went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sept.17, 2017, while at Cleveland County Hospice surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Nancy was born on January 19, 1941, in Camden, SC. to the late Fernie Charles Hall and Elsie Dabney Hall. In her youth, Nancy enjoyed playing the piano and spending time with her many cousins. As a young lady, she attended Camden High School and was a member of Hermitage Baptist Church in Camden, SC.

Upon moving to Cliffside from Laurinburg, NC in 1963, Nancy worked at Cone Mills Cliffside Plant from 1963 till 1975 in the Shipping & Inspection departments. She was later employed by the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department where she served as a Jailer for several years, and Lowe's of Forest City. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, but since 2009 she attended Boiling Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Ray Marsh, and her son, William Alexander Wallace. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Hall Harvill of Biloxi Mississippi, two brothers Fernie Charles Hall, II and Jimmy Hall both of Camden, SC.

Nancy is survived by her son Terry Wallace and wife Kelly of Boiling Springs, NC. Two grandsons, Andrew Wallace of Asheville, Billy Wallace and his wife Carla of Mooresboro. One Granddaughter, Anna Wallace Estrellado of Mooresboro. Three Great Grandchildren, Emma and Will Wallace and Alexander Estrellado.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Boiling Springs Baptist Church located at 307 South Main St, Shelby, NC 28152 on Friday Sept. 22nd at 2:00 p.m. The family will host a reception and receive friends immediately following the service in the Family Life Center.
