With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Neil Shytle on January 17, 2026. He was surrounded by his wife and children as he took his last breath.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ingrid, and his sons Daniel Shytle (Whitney) and Timothy Shytle (Colleen), as well as his siblings Kay Ramsey, Jerry Shytle, and extended family.

As a veteran, he served with honor and integrity.

Neil was genuinely kind, had a great sense of humor, and was an all- around good man. He had a knack for automotive repair, enjoyed fishing, and riding his motorcycle.

In honor of Neil's life, his family asks that you perform an act of kindness in his memory.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date, thereby allowing the family time for the intense pain of the moment to subside.
