Belwood - Mr. Noah Edward "Sonny" Hubbard, 72, passed away May 11, 2017 at
Carolina Medical Center - Cleveland.

Born in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Eugene and Ethel Hubbard.
Ed was a member of Kadesh United Methodist Church and retired from the
NCDOT.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, John and
Donald Hubbard and sister, Mary Lou Lail.

Ed is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Grace Marshall Hubbard;
daughters and son-in-law, Pamela Hubbard of Belwood and Jenifer and Wayne
Hansford of Gaffney,SC; brother, Kenneth Hubbard of Boiling Springs;
sisters, Gail McSwain and husband Frank of Lincolnton, Elizabeth Glenn of
Shelby, and Reba Mode of Polkville; grandchildren, Nijia Darville, James
Darville, Emily Hansford and Hannah Hansford; great grandchildren, D.J.
Hopper , Gracie Darville, and Daysi Darville.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home in Fallaton.

A graveside service will follow at 2:30 pm at Kadesh United Methodist Church
Cemetery with Dr. Brian Johnson officiating.
