 Mr. Paul “Ray” Ross, 79, of 210 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 9A, Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010. Services were held at Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel. Burial followed in Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC. 

Mr. Ross served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Ross, Sr. and Ida Walker Ross; 2 brothers, Horace Ross, Jr., and Harold Edward Ross; and 1 sister, Sue Propst.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Barbara Haynes Ross of Kings Mountain, NC; 2 daughters, Pamela Rae Ross Doyle of Snohomish, WA and Kelly Janine Ross of Lewisville, TX; 1 sister, Elsie Brown of Rockingham, NC; 1 grandson; 1 great-grandson; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
