Peggy Lou Bolin Moore
Peggy Lou Bolin Moore, 67, of Blacksburg, passed away Wednesday, March 16th, 2011 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born in York, Mrs. Moore was the wife of JK Moore of the home and the daughter of the late Joe Nelson Bolin and Blanche Little Bolin .
She was retired from Timken Gaffney Plant and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church .
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Moore is survived by two sons, Jeffery Moore and wife Kim of Blacksburg and Joey Moore and wife Susan of York, SC; 5 grandchildren, Chase Moore of Texas, Lance Moore and Jake Moore of Blacksburg, Parker Moore and Hannah Moore of York, SC; 2 brothers Joe Nelson Bolin of Montana and Bob Bolin of Easley, SC.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Benny Bolin.
The family will receive friends March 19th, 2011 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will be held March 20th, at 2:00pm at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Woods and Dr. Paul Sorrells officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Tribute Program, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 .
The family will be at the residence.
