Mr. Phil Lovelace, 75, of Shelby, NC, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011. Services were held at Cleveland Funeral Service Chapel. Burial followed in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Earl, NC. 

Mr. Lovelace was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Baxter and Iva Jeanette Gibson Lovelace; and 1 sister, Carolyn Jeanette Hayes.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Lovelace of the home; 1 son, Reece Lee Lovelace and Michelle of the home; 1 daughter, Lisa Faye Jordan and husband Tony of Shelby;  and 5 grandchildren.
