Robert Franklin Hilton, Jr., 86 of Lithia Springs Road, Shelby passed away,
Friday, September 7, 2018 at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland.

Born July 27, 1932 in Aiken County, SC he was a son of the late Robert
Franklin Hilton, Sr. and Louise Johnson Bost. He worked for Cleveland County
in the maintenance department. Mr. Hilton served in the US Airforce during
the Korean War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce
Dover Hilton.

He is survived by a daughter, Gail Davis and husband, Robert of Waxhaw; two
granddaughters, Spring Griffin and husband, Gary and Crystal Helms and
husband, Tommy and four great-grandchildren, Kayla Griffin and husband,
Rodney, Chase Faircloth, Thomas Helms and Tyler Helms.

The family will receive friends from 2:30pm to 3:00pm on Friday at Rose Hill
Memorial Park, Fallston.

A graveside service will be held 3:00pm, Friday at Rose Hill Memorial Park
Mausoleum with Dr. Irvin Price officiating.
