Mr. Robert Levi Costner, 85, of 4045 Devine Road, Lawndale, NC passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Services were held at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel, Fallston, NC. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston, NC. 

Mr. Costner was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Intha Trammell Costner; his parents, Vance Costner and Binner Ester Wright Costner; 1 brother, Grady Coster; 1 sister, Mary Lee Howell; and numerous other brothers and sisters.

He is survived by 1 son, Jerry Costner and wife Susan of Shelby; 1 daughter, Kathy Mauney and husband Ted of Kings Mountain; 1 half-sister, Maude Brittain of Cherryville; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
