Ruby Camp Williams
Lawndale - Mrs. Ruby Camp Williams of Lawndale went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 28, at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center.
Born in Cherokee County, SC on August 8, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Lawson Audie and Juanita Wellmon Camp.
Mrs. Williams retired from Cleveland Regional Medical Center as a CNA and attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, John Frank Williams; son, Burl Williams and brothers, Wilford Camp and Dee Weathers.
Mrs. Williams is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Harlan and Rita Williams of Lawndale and Kelly and Pam Williams of Lawndale; daughters and son-in-law, Bernice (Cook) Williams of Delight, Audrey Williams Ellis of Shelby and Lynette and Loy Hoffman of Fallston; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 until 8 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home in Fallston. A guest register is available at www.stameytysingerfuneralhome.com.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Christina Auch officiating. Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park in Boiling Springs.
The family wishes to express their appreciation for all the care given by the staff at Cleveland Pines and Hospice Cleveland County.
