Judge Jim Morgan conducted the swearing in ceremony for Sheriff Alan Norman at Bethel Baptist Church in Shelby on Monday, December 1st. (L-R) Sheriff Norman’s son, Alex; daughter Breanne; father, Jim and wife Pam and mother Pat hold the Bible as Sheriff Norman is sworn in.
