Sherry Lynn Brady Mashburn MOORESBORO - Sherry Lynn Brady Mashburn, 74, of Hawkins Loop Road, Mooresboro, died on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Carolinas Healthcare System - Cleveland. A native of the Panama Canal Zone, she was born on March 03, 1940, a daughter of the late Edward J. Brady and Lynn Woff Dryzmala. She was retired from MIT where she taught Medical Billing. She was an active member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Mooresboro and was a member of various clubs and organizations. She is survived by her husband, Ray Mashburn; one son, Daniel R. Mashburn of Bradenton, FL; her daughters, Laurel Baird and husband Doug of Spring Valley, OH, Debra A. Howard of Parrish, FL, and Stephanie Mashburn of Cliffside; her half brothers, Nick Dryzmala of Colorado and Gary Dryzmala of New Mexico; her grandchildren, Malerie Diane Mashburn, David Michael Mashburn, Christopher L. Baird and wife Brittany, Michael L. Baird, and Dustin Ray Mashburn; her great-grandchildren, Kyle Baird, Makenzie Baird, Cain Baird, Luca Baird, Matthew Frank Mashburn; A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Mooresboro, with the Rev. Dr. Bobby Gettys and Rev. Kevin Hamrick officiating. Visitation will be held immediately following the service.
